The best site for info on Icarus is the Icarus Project website

It has lots of info, and a fantastic forum which helped me a lot. Even reading old posts was a tops way to feel less alone.
The idea behind icarus is that we can manage mental health, we can take control, we can live lifestyles that don’t make us sick all the time and we can support our peers when they are low and help them not to do stupid things when they are high. Basically, its a global self help support network. TIP is not anti-pharmaceuticals, but through sharing knowledge and experience we can all learn to rely a lot less on drugs and more on good choices in the good times and on our friends in the bad times.
